Q: Are there any documents or agreements to sign?
A: Yes, in order to access our application processing system and have the ability to submit applications we only need a completed dealer application. In order for GM Automotive Funding, LLC to fund contracts that are sent, we would need a completed dealer sign up package. This includes the Master Dealer Agreement between your dealership and GM Automotive Funding, LLC. Our Regional Account Managers are available at (602) 272-0069 to assist with any questions regarding the sign up documents.
Q: I am already a GM Automotive Funding, LLC dealer, who would I call regarding an approval or decline?
A: You may call our Credit Center at (602) 272-0069. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.
Q: How long does it take to get a credit decision, once I have submitted an application?
A: Once an application is received, it will pass through our State of the Art application processing system. If the application needs to be reviewed by one of our credit analysts, an experienced team of credit professionals will analyze the application and look for deals that make sense. In most cases, all applications will be decisioned and a notification of the decision will be sent to you within two hours.
Q: I have the customer waiting to drive their car home and I am not sure about the deal. Who do I call?
A: If you need a credit decision immediately or want to verify that a funding package is complete, call our Credit Center at (602) 272-0069.
Q: I need to fax something to the Credit Center, what number should I fax the information to?
A: The fax number to our Credit Center is (602) 252-8669. Please be sure to write down the name of your dealership along with your dealer number.
